QUTIE: Queer Training for Intersectional Education

Dylberizm is happy to be a partner in this 7-day training designed specifically for trainers focused on queer youth work and activism. This training is perfect for those who want to deepen their knowledge of intersectionality and develop practical skills for creating safer spaces and supporting marginalized queer youth.
Participants will exchange tools, explore strategies for solidarity across social movements, and learn from each other’s experiences in intersectional queer education. The training will also include insights into how we run our own projects, with a focus on making queer youth work more inclusive and impactful.
Participants profile:
- Be 18 years old or older
- Live in one of the countries of our partner organisations: Kosovo, Switzerland, Germany, Armenia, Poland, Morocco, Latvia.
- Be able to work in English
- Have experience with queer youth work or activism
- Be able to attend for the full duration of the seminar
All costs for participation are covered, including travel, accommodation, and meals.
